These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from ORO RICH EDIBLE & AGRI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By placing an order or buying a membership you accept them.
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. The maximum retail price shown is the highest price at which a pack may be sold. Members pay the member price shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order where a product is out of stock, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where we reasonably suspect misuse.
A membership card costs ₹1,000 plus GST, is valid five years from the date of purchase, is issued to one person and is not transferable. It entitles the holder to member pricing on Oro Rich products. It is not a deposit, not an investment and carries no guaranteed return.
Payments are collected on our behalf by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. An order is treated as paid only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
Trade accounts are governed by the separate agreement signed with Oro Rich. All trade payments are made to Oro Rich; Oro Rich settles amounts owed to its partners by its own bank transfer.
We are responsible for supplying products of the quality described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Puducherry have jurisdiction.
