ORO RICH EDIBLE & AGRI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Oro Rich", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
To create and operate your account, to issue and honour membership cards, to fulfil and deliver orders, to raise GST-compliant invoices, to provide support, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Only where necessary: with the retailer fulfilling your order, with Razorpay to take payment, with our SMS and email providers to send you transactional messages, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Order, invoice and payment records are kept for eight years, as tax law requires. Other personal information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after.
You may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@ororich.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Information is held on servers in India, encrypted in transit, with access limited to staff who need it. Documents you upload are stored privately and are never published.
