Customer orders are fulfilled by the authorised Oro Rich retailer nearest to your delivery address. Trade orders are dispatched by the partner you ordered from, or collected by you, as agreed when the order is placed.
We deliver in the areas covered by our distribution network. If your address falls outside it, we will tell you before taking payment.
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Cooking oil is heavy, so charges may vary by pack size and distance.
If your order has not arrived in the time above, email info@ororich.com with your order number and we will trace it.
